get an object that floats on the lake
set a point on the lake that the object will be placed
set the object. at the same time, starting measuring the time with the stopwatch.
measure until the object moves about a meter (the distance is measure with a 1m stick ruler or a tape ruler.)
repeat step 2~4 4 more times.
set another point for the object to be placed. (ex. to compare the data collected, measure from the outer side of the lake to the inner side.)
